Do You ship internationally?
We have certain items that can be shipped outside the UK. If a product is available for delivery outside the UK there will be an option for overseas shipping at checkout.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship using either Royal Mail or a courier depending on the size of the product. Once the order is dispatched we provide you with a tracking number.
Can I collect my item from your store?
Currently we do not have a physical store so all items are sent via a mail service. However, some items can be delivered to collection points if you are unable to take delivery at your home.
How long will it take to get my order?
Subject to availability and whether the item is coming from a 3rd party provider shipping times vary. When possible the item will dispatched either on the same or next working day depending on what time the order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Orders must be placed online using the shopping cart on the website. We are available on the phone to answer any questions but all orders must be placed online.

Yes, our website uses and SSL certificate (see padlock on URL bar) which makes it secure. Our payment provider (Paypal) ensures all payments are secure and is PCI compliant.

How do I place an Order?
Simply select a product from our website and add to your cart. If we do not have availability of a certain product or if it is supplied by a trusted 3rd party supplier then you will be directed to either Amazon or other partner site to make your purchase.
Do I need an account to place an order?
We recommend you create an account when you place your first order however this is not essential and your can place an order as a guest user.

How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order if it has not been processed and dispatched. This can be done by going into your account.

How can I return a product?
If your product is faulty or it’s not what you expected we follow all distance selling guidelines and you are able to return within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return label by email to send back your package. We can provide a refund or exchange for a different product.
